At eVisa Dubai, we aim to provide fast, transparent, and reliable UAE visa services. Due to the nature of our business and the involvement of third-party government entities, please read our refund policy carefully before submitting payment.

1. Non-Refundable After Submission

Once your visa application has been submitted to UAE immigration, the full visa fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of the outcome (approval, delay, or rejection).
This includes:

  • Government visa fees

  • Service and handling fees

  • Any add-ons (e.g. express processing, insurance, etc.)

2. Refund Before Submission (If Applicable)

If you wish to cancel your application before we submit it to UAE immigration, you may request a partial refund.
Refunds in this case will be reviewed manually and may be subject to a processing fee.

3. Rejection by Immigration

Visa applications may be rejected by UAE immigration authorities for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we cannot issue a refund, as the government fees are non-refundable.

We are not liable for rejections due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect documentation

  • Passport issues

  • Previous overstays or immigration flags

  • Decisions made solely by immigration officials

4. Delays or Extensions

While most visas are processed within 24–48 business hours, delays may occur due to:

  • UAE public holidays

  • Additional documentation requests

  • Technical issues within immigration portals

We do not offer refunds due to processing delays once the application is submitted.

5. Chargebacks or Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to block future applications or services from our platform.
