We are an independent service provider and not part of, affiliated with or endorsed by UAE government, immigration authorities, or any official entity. All services are rendered in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions.

We assist users in preparing and submitting their visa applications for tourist, transit, and short-term entry visas to the UAE.
We do not guarantee visa approval. All applications are subject to approval by UAE immigration authorities.

3. Processing Time

Visa processing time typically takes 24–48 working hours after all required documents and payment are received.
Delays may occur due to weekends, public holidays, or additional immigration checks.

4. Fees & Payment

All visa fees displayed on our website include both government charges and service fees.
Payments are made securely via our integrated payment platform.
Prices may vary depending on visa type, urgency, and optional add-ons.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Visa fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted to UAE immigration.
If you cancel your application before submission, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.
Rejections due to user error (e.g., invalid documents, incorrect information) are not eligible for refunds.

  • Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry

  • Upload the required documents (passport copy, personal photo, hotel booking, return ticket)
